$10 competition fee applicable for each salami entered
Salami must be pre booked, closes 72 hours prior to event
ALL salami must be delivered to ISCW in Cryovac bag between 5:00pm – 6:30pm Wednesday 30th Sept

**COMPETITION ENTRY INFORMATION**

1. General ticket $55.00 is for entry to the event and includes BBQ, Salad & Dessert. Drinks available for purchase. Anyone wishing to enter the Salami Competition must also purchase an entry ticket. Must pre-book, no walk-ins on the night.
2. $10 salami competition entry fee (per salami entered) 
3. Must pre-book salami entry – entries close 72 hours prior to the event
4. Single person can enter multiple salami, however entry fee will apply for each salami
5. ALL salami must be delivered to ISCW in Cryovac bag between 5:00pm – 6:30pm the night before the event (30th September 2026)
6. Salami will be numbered when submitted
7. There will be prizes for 1st, 2^nd and 3^rd place
